I recently stayed at a charming hotel in La Rochelle for 5 nights. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station, port, aquarium, restaurants. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, accommodating all of our requests with a cheerful attitude. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh-squeezed orange juice, amazing cafe creme, and a variety of breads and pastries. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including excellent internet access. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a small but charming roof terrace with a fantastic view of the lantern tower.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
